Cumberland resident Cassandra Kay Porter has been charged with burglary, trespassing, and two counts of drug possession, after she was found inside a residence in the 700-block of Baker Street. The victims told police that Ms. Porter had been inside, and had been going through their property. During a search, she had a quantity of a controlled dangerous substance. Ms. Porter received a District Court hearing and was ordered held on $5,000 bond.
