CIGAR BATTLE IN W.V. HOUSE

The battle over cigar smoke will now move to the Senate.  The House was divided over a bill that would allow resorts to offer indoor cigar lounges.  Technically, the bill would apply to any hotel and any type of tobacco product, provided there is certain ventilation.  The measure passed by a vote of 57 to 33, with more than two dozen GOP members voting no, and four Democrats voting yes.
