MD. DELEGATION ANNOUNCES FED FUNDS FOR BWI-MARSHALL AIRPORT

Maryland’s Congressional delegation has announced 38-million-dollars in Federal Aviation Administration funding for improvements at BWI-Marshall Airport.  The grant will be used for a comprehensive upgrade to the airport’s largest baggage-handling system, new terminal concessions space, improved restrooms and more. The lawmakers say BWI is a gateway to the world and an economic powerhouse for Maryland and the funding will improve passengers’ experience and convenience at the airport.
