Work will be getting underway soon to build what will be the three separate agencies from the once combined Department of Health and Human Resources in West Virginia. Governor Justice signed the bill splitting the large agency into three separate divisions yesterday. The breakup has been in the works for several months after the governor refused to sign a similar bill last session.
