The race is on in West Virginia to get several bills voted on and approved as the end of the regular session looms. The Senate passed a House bill that will make the death of an unborn child a recognized victim if a DUI crash causes the termination of the pregnancy. Senators also approved a bill that cuts the fee for limited video poker permits to 500-dollars. The 60-day regular legislative session wraps up Saturday evening.
