Maryland’s seven-day positivity rate for COVID stands at around five-and-a-half percent. That number is the lowest it’s been since last May. Meanwhile the number of people hospitalized with COVID has risen slightly to over 300. Hospitalizations fell below 300 this week for the first time in about ten months.
