Four people were arrested around the area for driving under the influence on Saturday. Those arrested include Cumberland residents Megan Brooke Carbaugh, Dominic William Destefano, and Tyler Andrew Deatelhauser. Bethel Park, Pennsylvnania resident Steven Jesse Henderson was also taken into custody.
