Speaker of the Pennsylvania House, Joanna McClinton, has announced the members of the House Democratic Caucus. The leaders will serve as majority chairs for the State House’s 24 standing committees for this legislative session. Lawmakers from central Pennsylvania who were selected include Representative Patty Kim from Cumberland/Dauphin Counties, who will lead the Committee on Aging and Older Adult Services and Rep. Mike Sturla of Lancaster who will oversee the Committee on Housing and Community Development.
