WOMAN TRIES TO BUY NARCOTICS FROM BEDFORD PHARMACY

New York resident Jenny Javier is being held at the Bedford County Jail on $100,000 bail, after she fraudulently tried to buy a Schedule II narcotic from Fisher’s Pharmacy there. Ms. Javier tried to pick up a prescription for a “Michelle Adams” despite admitting she does not know anyone by that name. Earlier, she had called the pharmacy, claiming to be an employee of Dr. Nathan Lent. She has been charged in trying to purchase Promethazine-Codeine.
