A community near Harrisburg has been named one of the best places to live in Pennsylvania. Camp Hill in Cumberland County has been ranked number 18 according to a list compiled by Niche dot com. The online research company says their rating is based on the quality of schools, having a mix of both young professionals and retirees, crime rates, cost of living, job opportunities and local amenities. The Pennsylvania suburb of Chesterfield came in at number one on the company’s rankings.
