Pennsylvania State Senator Art Haywood is renewing his call to raise the state minimum wage within this new legislative session. He tweeted to constituents Tuesday that “if Harrisburg politicians get a raise, then so should you.”  The lawmaker from Philadelphia has called for the wage to be set at 15-dollars an hour.
