Fifty-year-old Melvin Bohrer III of Cumberland, has been charged with 26 counts of distributing illicit pornographic images, and is being held on a $5,000 bond. A District Court warrant was issued in reference to an investigation, conducted by Cumberland City Poice and the C3I Unit. During the investigation, it was determined he distributed illicit pornographic images to no fewer than 26 different people, without the victim’s consent. He received an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center.
