West Virginia Governor Jim Justice packed up his favorite bill signing pens and his English Bulldog “Babydog” for a road trip to Fayetteville yesterday. There he signed into law House Bill 3036, dubbed the BUILD WV Act. This new legislation will make it easier for communities to build new affordable housing. The BUILD WV Act offers developers incentives such as tax breaks.
