There’s still no sign of fugitive Roy McGrath who failed to travel from Florida to Baltimore for his federal fraud and embezzlement trial on March 13. On March 22 an e-book was released by alleged author Ryan Cooper who claims he interviewed the ex-chief of staff to former Governor Hogan. On Friday a second tell-all was released covering McGrath’s time with Maryland Environmental Service. That’s the state run nonprofit at the center of the charges against McGrath. He’s accused of arranging a huge severance for himself when he left to join the administration and forging documents to make it appear that the governor approved. There is a 20-thousand-dollar reward for information that leads to McGrath’s arrest.
