West Virginia Senator Shelley Moore Capito is praising Congress for coming together on a bi-partisan resolution to overturn President Biden’s water protection rules. In December, the administration changed the definition of which navigable waterways would be protected under the previous Navigable Waters Protection Rule. Capito did however say she fully expects the president to veto the resolution.
