Pennsylvania drivers are getting a bit of a break from higher gas prices. Triple-A reports the average price for a gallon in the Keystone State is now at three dollars and 57 cents a gallon. It was about five cents higher a month ago. In Harrisburg, it’s about three dollars and 52 for gas right now.
