FBI USED CADILLAC, CELLPHONES TO TRACK MCGRATH TO TENNESSEE

More is being learned about how an ex-top aide to former Maryland Governor Larry Hogan may have ended up dead in Tennessee.  Roy McGrath died Monday night after a shooting involving FBI agents. A source familiar with the case says federal agents tracked McGrath to a strip mall west of Knoxville through a Cadillac Escalade and multiple cellphones he had been using.  It’s not clear whether McGrath shot himself or was shot by law enforcement officers.  Authorities had been searching for McGrath for three weeks after he skipped out on his trial on federal fraud charges in Baltimore.
