MORGAN STATE RECEIVES $15 MILLION GRANT FOR TRANSPORTATION RESEARCH

Morgan State University has received a 15-million dollar grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation for research.  Students studying transportation at the university focus on connected and autonomous vehicles; transportation and traffic modeling; and safety and distracted driving.  The grant is seen as an affirmation that Morgan State is on the cutting edge of transportation and is one of the transportation research centers in the U.S.
