Mountain Lake Park residents Bodine Jean Kelly and John David Bently have been charged with second-degree murder in the overdose death of a 34-year-old woman in Loch Lynn last December. Following a four-month investigation the two were charged with involuntary manslaughter, distribution of fentanyl and related counts, in addition to the murder charge. Both were ordered held without bond. The identity of the victim was not disclosed by the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office.
