During a closed work session last week, the Cumberland Mayor and City Council reportedly receive legal advice on the Rolling Mill project. The Rolling Mill project, also referred to as Cumberland Gateway began nine years ago. The development is expected to include a hotel, fast-food and sit-down restaurants, retail shops and a convenience store. Potential tenants mentioned include Verizon, D’Atri’s Subs, a Chinese restaurant, a liquor store, Popeye’s and a pad for a convenience store, such as Royal Farms.
