Oldtown resident Erica June Rea Martin was arrested on two active warrants, issued by Allegany County District Court. One warrant was issued for failure to appear on April 4th on a previous theft charge. The second warrant was issued for an incident that occurred at a Park Street business on March 27th, where she was accused of stealing a purse from an elderly victims’ shopping cart, before fleeing the area. She received an initial court appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She was held on a total $2,000 bond.
