Thirty-two-year-old James William Cowgill was charged with reckless endangerment, assault and disorderly conduct, following a Sunday incident in the 600-block of Greene Street. A neighbor had complained to Cowgill that dust was being generated by mowing grass. He allegedly became irate with them and allegedly pointed a handgun at them. Officers located a BB-gun, matching the description given by the victim. Cowgill was arrested and received a District Court hearing. He was later released on $5,000 unsecured personal bond.
