A settlement is expected soon in the lawsuit between Attorney General Patrick Morrisey and the E-Cigarette maker Juul. The nearly eight-million-dollar settlement will pay the state for unfair practices which targeted younger people in ads. In 2017, a report showed that nearly 15-percent of high school age kids used E-cigarettes at least once a month.
