Forty-two-year-old Justin Klink is being held on $75,000 bond, after he allegedly assaulted and threatened a woman over the weekend, then stole her car while they were traveling along Route 219. Klink, who is known to the victim, allegedly attacked her during an argument, and at one point, pulled out a handgun and struck the victim in the head. When she pulled the car over, Klink jumped into the driver’s seat and drove away. He was arrested by Conemaugh Township Police and is currently housed at the Somerset County Prison.
