A Mount Savage resident, who was served two bench warrants, was found to have suspected crack cocaine and CDS paraphernalia on him. Patrick Fitzgerald Martin was issued the warrants for violating probation on previous drug charges and for burglary. A search revealed the drugs, and he was then issued criminal citations for that. He received a District Court hearing and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on two, $500 bonds.
