Tucker County resident Robert Tennant is accused of shooting and killing his brother Edward over a boundary line and property dispute that had been ongoing between the two. The shooting, on Smoke House Road in Saint George, happened around 12:45 p.m. on Monday. Robert Tennant is being held at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail without bond. Investigating the shooting are the Tucker County Sheriff’s Office, Parsons Police Department and the West Virginia State Police.
