Sixty-nine-year-old Flores Jose Juarez was charged with disorderly conduct, following a confrontation in the 300-block of Independence Street on Wednesday. He allegedly trespassed on another person’s property; he also was holding a knife at his side during the incident. Juarez was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters for processing. He was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
