Cumberland resident Arron Matthew Soules had three bench warrants serve over this past weekend. Two were for violating probation on charges of theft and second degree assault. The third warrant was issued for failure to appear in court on charges of theft and resisting arrest. He received a District Court hearing and was ordered held without bond.
