Twenty-six-year-old Keyser resident Logan Rohrbaugh was killed and two others inured in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday. Rohrbaugh was driving on Route 46, near McDonald’s Beach Lane, when he lost control, traveling off the right side of the road, crossed McDonald’s Beach Lane, hit a utility pole and rolled onto its top. He died, and the two injured passengers in the vehicle wee not identified.
