CUMBERLAND MAN ARRESTED ON TWO WARRANTS

Cumberland resident Samuel Stewart Resnick was served two arrest warrants by District Court, when he failed to appear for two of his trials. He received a District Court hearing, where he was released on an unsecured personal bond.
