A Cumberland man has been charged with tampering with a motor vehicle, along with obstructing and hindering. Matthew Zink was found, allegedly tampering with a motor vehicle in the 30-block of Queen City Drive on Sunday evening. Officers located Zink and advised him to stop tampering with the motor vehicle. He began to run from officers. He was later arrested and charged. Following a District Court hearing, he was ordered held on $1,000 bond.
