Northern Middle School Media Specialist Alli Schlipp has been selected as the 2023-2024 Garrett
County Teacher of the Year. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre And Media Performance from Stevenson University and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology and School Library Media from Towson University. Mrs. Schlipp will now compete for the Maryland State Teacher of the Year, which is scheduled to be announced in early October.
