Thirty-four-year-old Ronnie William Swancey was charged with second degree assault, following an incident that happened Sunday in the 400-block of Grand Avenue. An alleged victim reported that Swancey sprayed him in the eyes with mace. Swancey was charged, signed for his copy of the summons and released pending trial.
