Thirty-seven-year old Jeremy Allen Yetter was served a criminal summons, issued as a result of a theft that occurred on February 23rd. An investigation was conducted, and an officer filed for charges in District Court. Yetter signed for his copy of the summons and was released pending trial in District Court.
