Forty-year-old Westernport resident Jacob Paul Prock was killed in a single-vehicle accident Friday afternoon in the area of Barton Hill on Route 36. His vehicle left the roadway, collided with a guardrail and flipped over several times. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Route 36 in the area was closed for about three hours while the Cumberland City Police Crash Team investigated. The matter remains under investigation.
