Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin will deliver the commencement address at the Naval Academy next week. Austin will take the stage on May 26th as the graduating midshipmen earn their commissions as Navy ensigns or Marine Corps second lieutenants. Last year, President Biden spoke at the ceremony. About one-thousand students will graduate with the Naval Academy Class of 2023.
