Outside magazine is calling the New River Gorge the Best Family Trip in the country. That designation is expected to have a very positive impact on the state’s tourism overall. State Tourism Secretary Chelsea Ruby says this is huge win, as “Outside” is the premiere publication for those who love the outdoors, and they have a monthly reach of over 50 million people.
