Keyser resident Dylan Lee Miller was charged with the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle from UPMC-Western Maryland early Monday evening. The car was located traveling on Route 220 southbound; an Allegany County deputy stopped the car and Miller was arrested. He was taken to Central Booking. The vehicle was released to the custody of the owner. Miller later received a District Court hearing and posted an unsecured $5,000 personal bond.
