Ben Salango is “seriously considering” another run for governor. The Kanawha County Commissioner won the Democratic nomination for governor in 2020 but ended up on the losing end of his contest against Jim Justice. Salango said one of the deciding factors will be once he sees who all is running for President in 2024, and if there is a chance West Virginia could swing to a blue state like is was in 1996.
