WASHINGTON COUNTY BENCH WARRANT ISSUED FOR CUMBERLAND WOMAN

Fifty-year-old Cumberland resident Michelle Miner was served a Washington County District Court bench warrant earlier this week. The warrant was issued as the result of Miner failing to comply with an order of the court. She was originally charged with possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession of paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance and other counts. She received a District Court hearing locally, and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $2500 bond.
