B.P.W. APPROVES NEARLY $3 MILLION IN COMPENSATION

The Maryland Board of Public Works has approved nearly $3-million in compensation for a man who was wrongly imprisoned for32 years. John Huffington was pardoned by Governor Larry Hogan in January, citing prosecutorial misconduct in connection with a double homicide in Harford County.
