There is a new program in West Virginia to get more younger drivers licensed to drive. The Division of Motor Vehicles and Governor Justice are urging teenagers and their parents to take part in the Parent’s Supervised Driving Program. This new initiative offers expert-guided curriculum and an easy-to-follow road map to an eventual driver’s license.
