Several arrest warrants were served on Batricia Nave this past weekend, including destruction of property, theft, and making threats toward state officials. She also tried to pull away from officers as she was being taken into custody; she also kicked an officer as she was being taken to a vehicle. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, and was held on $500 bonds. Those were later posted.
