Fifty-two-year-old Donna Mae Blair was charged with driving under the influence and possession of paraphernalia, following a car crash, which damaged four cars, in the 800-block of Bedford Street on Sunday. A K-9 unit was brought in, and further evidence of impairment was found. She was eventually arrested and later released on citations.
