The Youghiogheny River Advisory Board will meet again to discuss the replacement of the Swallow Falls Road bridge over the Yough, which holds scenic and wild state designations. Board members agreed to study the location of the bridge, and reconvene to continue discussions on the matter. The Advisory Board will meet this morning.
