BACK TO SCHOOL: GETTING KIDS BACK ON A SLEEP SCHEDULE

It’s time to get kids back on a sleeping schedule before the school year starts. Medical experts say kids have been staying up late all summer now it’s time to get them back on a consistent bed time schedule. One of the biggest contributors to poor sleep is too much caffeine  —  which means avoiding food and drinks two hours before bedtime is a good idea. Medical experts say having a good breakfast and eating healthy meals regularly also promotes good sleep at night.
