West Virginia’s new Homeland Security Secretary Mark Sorsaia is sworn in. The former Putnam County prosecutor took the oath from state Supreme Court Judge Haley Bunn yesterday. Sorsaia was in his fifth term as county prosecutor when he was selected to the statewide position by the governor on July 19th.
