Cumberland resident Darlena Marie Butler was charged with theft, after she was accused of taking another person’s wallet at a business in the 400-block of Virginia Avenue. Video surveillance identified the suspect as Ms. Butler. The wallet was recovered and a criminal citation was issued. She was later released, pending trial in Allegany County District Court.
