Forty-eight-year-old Charles Russell Servis was charged burglary and drug possession, after he was found sleeping in a home on Wempe Drive on Monday. He reportedly broke into the home. Servis was also found to have a bag of pills, which were controlled dangerous substances. He was ultimately arrested and received a District Court hearing. He was later released on his own recognizance.
