Governor Jim Justice is ready to fight the claims brought forth in a federal lawsuit over jail conditions. The governor said the recent special session is a perfect example that the state is making improvements within the Division of Corrections. State Division of Corrections Commissioner Billy Marshall said he took the lawsuit as an “insult” to correction workers.
